Our Beliefs
We believe:
Learning is a lifelong process.
Quality instruction and learning are best achieved through teamwork.
Students learn best when teaching strategies and assessments are aligned with their learning styles.
Students' education is the responsibility of the child, his/her family members, school staff, and the community.
Decisions should reflect Knox County Policy with a focus on the best interests of the students.
The school should provide an environment which is nurturing, positive, safe, and student-centered.
Students should be taught to respect themselves and others.

Our Vision
Adrian Burnett Elementary School will be an exemplary learning center where students, parents, staff members, and community representatives come together to encourage each student to meet high expectations and reach his/her greatest potential.
